Meet The Team

Boldmere Court now has one of the strongest and most experienced management teams in the UK.  Kerry Jackson, Mike Hanlon, Sharon Chatha and Ellen Majazi

Kerry the Operations Director has been managing, leading and developing nursing homes for the past 10 years in the Midlands and joined the team in order to gain both a promotion and help develop Absolute care homes and any future conquests, her drive is providing excellent care while maintaining a homely experience.  Kerry is often found within the home on a weekend with her children as a visitor ensuring the excellent care provided in the week is carried on over the weekend.  Kerry can be found in the front office at Boldmere Court and makes it her mission to ensure she knows all who visit.

Mike has taken the role of Registered Manager and will be leading on clinical excellence as well as taking responsibility for the day to day management of Boldmere Court with the input of Kerry and Sharon.  Mike enjoys the role of both boss and collegue and can be found acting as nurse at times to ensure all care provided is to standard and to an acceptable level in regards to his high standards. Mike can be found on Ground floor on Oscott house his office is located within the unit to ensure she can see and hear all.

Sharon Chatha is the business manager is is located within the front of the home and is the responsible person for ensuring your pocket money accounts are maintained and you always have money to spend, Sharon will call relatives, solicitors and social workers to maintain the dignity and independance of our residents at all times.

Ellen is the deputy manager is located all arond the home as she is always busy supporting the nurses, care staff and relatives. she helps our manager and work along side him. she is also a registered nurse.

All 4 are a formidable team and will ensure Boldmere Court becomes a true centre of excellence.

All three will take Boldmere into the future to develop a home from home for all residents and want the word “nursing home” to really mean “HOME”
